Your first visit, without the guesswork.
What to bring, how long to allow and what the conversation before your treatment should cover.

Arrive with a clean slate.
Come with clean, makeup-free eyes. A reference image is useful if it shows the shape or amount of definition you like. Let the artist know about existing extensions before the visit, so the appointment can be planned around them.
Make room for the full appointment.
The Aurelle menu puts duration beside price. Full sets range from 90 to 120 minutes; infills are shorter. Giving the appointment its full time allows for a conversation, mapping, application and care guidance without the feeling of being rushed.
Share the details that matter.
Tell your artist about your preferred finish, your routine, previous treatments and any sensitivities or reactions. Ask how the proposed set relates to your natural lashes. If there are concerns about suitability, discuss them before proceeding.
Leave knowing what comes next.
Ask how to cleanse and brush your set with the products used, and what a refresh appointment might involve. A good website can help you arrive informed; the artist should give the personalised instructions at the visit.
